What we process and why

• Email enquiries: contact details and information you send us, to respond, assess your project and, where appropriate, prepare a proposal. The basis is taking pre-contractual steps at your request or our legitimate interest in responding to general enquiries.
• Optional analytics: if you accept, Google Analytics processes navigation information, cookie identifiers and technical browser data to measure website use. The basis is your consent.
• Operation and security: the hosting service may process technical data, including the IP address, to serve and protect the website. The basis is the legitimate interest in keeping the service secure and available.

Email links open your email app. Clicking does not send a message or record its contents on this website. Do not include API keys, passwords or sensitive data in your enquiry.

Providers and external destinations

The website is hosted on Vercel. Communications are handled through the owner’s email services. Google Analytics loads only after you accept analytics. These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under their terms and applicable transfer safeguards.

Purchases take place on Odoo Apps and are subject to its terms. When you follow a link to Odoo, GitHub or another site, that destination’s policies also apply.

Retention

We retain enquiries for as long as needed to respond and manage the resulting relationship, and for applicable legal retention periods. The cookie preference expires after 180 days. Analytics cookies are configured for a maximum of 180 days without automatic renewal; browsers may impose shorter periods. Analytics report retention depends on the property configuration.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, erasure, objection, restriction and portability where applicable by contacting support@jvrlabs.es. You may withdraw analytics consent through “Cookie preferences”, without affecting processing before withdrawal. You may also lodge a complaint with the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos.
